Kathy Walton-Founder CEO Inspira Skin Private Label Medical Grade Skincare

Founder & Chief Executive Officer

Kathy Walton

With more than 20 years of experience across the dermatology, pharmaceutical, medical device, and aesthetic industries, Kathy Walton is an accomplished executive known for building brands, developing high-performing sales organizations, and creating strategies that drive revenue and long-term business growth.

As Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Inspira Skin, Kathy brings her extensive experience working with dermatologists, plastic surgeons, medical spas, and aesthetic professionals to the private label skincare industry. She founded Inspira Skin with a vision to provide practices and entrepreneurs with more than skincare products—creating a comprehensive private label partnership that combines professional formulations, packaging, branding, education, and business support.

Kathy's career began in the pharmaceutical and dermatology industry, where she spent 12 years with Galderma in progressively expanding roles spanning sales, leadership, training, marketing collaboration, and business development. During her tenure, she developed and implemented strategic initiatives designed to improve sales-force effectiveness, organizational performance, and profitability. Her work included the development of a nationwide sales representative realignment strategy as well as helping create a new business division that contributed significantly to the company's revenue growth.

Kathy later joined Eclipse Aesthetics, where she played an integral role in the introduction and commercialization of microneedling and platelet-rich plasma (PRP) technologies within the aesthetic market. Her work included bringing PRP education and technology to leading dermatology residency programs and medical institutions, including Harvard, Yale, Columbia, and Cleveland Clinic.

She was subsequently recruited by Aerolase as Vice President of Sales, where she helped reposition and expand the clinical and aesthetic applications of the Aerolase Neo laser. Through sales strategy, physician and practice education, training, and market development, Kathy helped broaden awareness of the technology beyond traditional hair removal and into applications across medical and aesthetic dermatology.

Throughout her career, Kathy has maintained a strong focus on consultative education and practice development. She understands that successful aesthetic businesses require more than innovative products and technology—they require the ability to educate clients, create meaningful patient experiences, build loyalty, and develop sustainable sources of recurring revenue.

Today, Kathy applies that experience to Inspira Skin, working with medical professionals, aesthetic practices, skincare businesses, and entrepreneurs across the country to develop distinctive private label skincare brands. Her combination of industry knowledge, sales leadership, business strategy, and firsthand experience within the professional aesthetic market shapes Inspira Skin's personalized approach to private label skincare.

Kathy also provides strategic consulting to companies within the aesthetic and medical device industries, advising on product positioning, sales strategy, market development, training, and successful commercialization within the professional aesthetic space.

Vice President of Sales

Heather Nase brings more than 10 years of experience across the dermatology, medical device, skincare, and aesthetic industries to her role as Vice President of Sales at Inspira Skin. With a strong background in sales, marketing, practice development, and relationship management, Heather has built her career helping medical and aesthetic professionals identify solutions that support both exceptional client experiences and business growth.

A graduate of East Stroudsburg University, Heather's professional experience includes roles with the American Society for Mass Spectrometry, Galderma Laboratories, Eclipse Aesthetics, and Aerolase. Throughout her career, she has worked closely with dermatologists, plastic surgeons, medical spas, and aesthetic practices, developing a deep understanding of the professional skincare and aesthetics market.

At Inspira Skin, Heather leads sales and business development initiatives while working directly with clients who are creating or expanding their own private label skincare brands. She guides practices and entrepreneurs through the process of selecting skincare formulations, developing product portfolios, evaluating packaging options, and creating branded skincare programs tailored to their individual businesses.

Heather's approach is rooted in consultative education. Rather than simply selling products, she works to understand each client's goals, patient or customer demographics, existing services, and opportunities for growth. This allows her to help clients develop private label skincare programs that complement their treatments, strengthen their brand, and create opportunities for increased client engagement, retention, and recurring retail revenue.

Her extensive experience within the professional aesthetic market also allows Heather to understand the challenges practices face when introducing a new skincare line. From product selection and staff education to positioning and launch strategy, she works alongside Inspira Skin clients to help make the private label process approachable, strategic, and personalized.
